What are credits used for?

What is an activated user?
An activated user is a team member with platform access and their own digital twin. The first one is included; each additional user costs €29 per month with €10 in credits included. You only activate the people who use it.
How much is an additional phone agent?
One phone agent (AI receptionist) is included in the subscription. Each additional phone agent costs €50 per month.
Is there a commitment?
No, the subscription is monthly with no commitment. If you prefer to prepay, you get 5% off for 12 months or 10% off for 24 months. An ambassador code gives 5% off the subscription.
How does the free trial work?
